Data & Account Deletion

Last updated: July 17, 2026

crewmuster is a shift-scheduling app published by Mount Dora Holdings NC LLC (“Mount Dora Holdings”). This page explains how to request deletion of your crewmuster account and personal data, what we delete, what we keep, and how long it takes.

How to request account deletion

Choose whichever is easiest. All three reach the same team and result in the same deletion:

  1. In the app (fastest). Sign in at app.crewmuster.com (or the mobile app), open Profile, tap “Request account deletion,” and confirm. Your request goes straight to our team.
  2. By email. Email info@crewmuster.com from the email address on your crewmuster account, with the subject “Delete my account.” Use this if you can no longer sign in, such as after leaving the store you worked for.
  3. Through your manager. If a manager added you to a store, you can also ask them to remove you. The in-app or email request above is the surest way to have all of your personal data erased.

We may email you to confirm the request came from you before we process it.

Request deletion by email

No sign-in required. Send from the address on your crewmuster account and we’ll take it from there.

What we delete

When your deletion request is processed, we permanently delete:

  • Your sign-in credentials. You’ll no longer be able to access the account.
  • Your personal profile information. Name, email address, and phone number.
  • The scheduling data tied to you. Your availability and shift preferences, desired weekly hours, any wage information stored for you, your shift-swap requests, and your event assignments.
  • Your notification data. Push-notification subscriptions and mobile device tokens.
  • Your store memberships. The record linking you to the store or stores you worked for.
  • Your private calendar feed link. Revoked, so it can no longer be used.

What we keep (and why)

  • De-identified work history. Businesses are legally and operationally required to keep accurate records of hours worked and labor. So records such as past shifts and time-clock punches are retained in anonymized form. Your name, email, phone, and login are removed. These records can no longer identify you.
  • A minimal deletion record. We keep a short, masked confirmation that the deletion happened, such as “j***@gmail.com deleted on 2026-07-17,” as proof of erasure for compliance. It contains no usable personal data.
  • Business ownership note. If you are the owner of a business or paid subscription on crewmuster, fully closing your account may also require canceling billing and closing the business’s location(s). We’ll coordinate that with you as part of the request.

How long it takes

  • We process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them (usually sooner).
  • Any residual copies held in our infrastructure providers' routine backups are removed within 30 days of the deletion.
